I went to the dealership yesterday and they made an offer and stated this was their Tier One option.
Does anyone know what Tier One Credit is?

Tier One is basically the highest you can get. According to DH, who is in the business, there is 1 thing above tier 1, but hardly anyone has it.

It depends on the bank. When we were looking for car loans, Tier 1 was 680+ for the bank we used

some dealerships have something higher then tier one and some don't

I do vehicle loans for my company and this is what Tier 1 is: Tier 1 Credit Score 740+

also check your credit report because sometimes things are on there that are not yours and it could effect your credit rating. I just refinanced my house and there was something on the report that I had to fight them about. It wasn't mine.
