Does Anyone....

Have a co-worker with a serious attendance problem and you get stuck doing their work all the time

Well I have a particular worker that is always out sick every Monday morning. This has been going on for like five months now. I did scheduled a meeting with her and let her be aware that I have been watching her pattern. Since then she is not sick any Monday mornings anymore.

OOOOOOOOOO.. let me tell you, there was this chick here, who attendence problem was horrible, well she is not here anymore, within 9 days of work this chick only worked one FULL Day... I was shock.. I am orginally from up North and to see this in the South shock me. She always had a story, like her stomach was running, or she forgot her key in the door, or she blah blah blah, always something stupid. I told them that it was Management fault for her acting like that and getting away with it.

I am not a slack picker upper, when it comes to things at work, so she is on her own. They kick her out of the deparment that I am in becuase of it, well she has been kicked out of like four deparments already.. She finally quit the job.. but I was shock with the things that she was going through...

I do... but not for long.
Even when she's here I wind up doing most of the work that we are to share. At the end of last year she told my boss that she was going to start looking for another job as there is no room for growth here. He gave her 3 months and last Friday told her that the 31 will be her last day. Thank God because I can't stand her work ethic.

Not me but my FH does!!!!!!!! I hear about it all the time!

That person would be me , but if I can I work from home. I have a serious issue, my boss is ok about it though, If I have to have surgery I'll eb out for a month
