I do!!!!!! They were in our prom pics-about 5 of them and we figured it was my FH's dad visiting us from heaven.

Usually, it is just stuff on your scanner. If you have fingerprints or smudges on the glass, it will look funny.

Also, those white 'dots' can be caused by the flash on a camera.

It looks like reflection of light to me.
