I can eat yogurt, cheeses, etc, and I am fine. But when I drink milk I break out all over my forehead. Does this happen to anyone else?

I thought so too, but it's weird because I can have all kinds of dairy products, but only break out with milk (2%). Tried, skim, low fat, 1%, etc, and still the same results.

I would go to a doctor.. as allergies come and go.. this is what happened to me..
