Does anyone do Pilates?

Just wondering if anyone does Pilates here. Any comments or suggestions would be helpful.

Thanks

I do Winsor. I have to do modified versions because of my back. A small pillow under the neck also works wonders.

Is it easy. What type of workout do you get?

They have a pilates class 1x a week at lunch here at work and I do it every week. I think if It was more often I would see more results but I LOVE it!!!! I'm a runner so it's good to mix things up a bit. Try it out...if you do it right you can really feel it the next day.

Long lean muscles. I haven't done it since my surgery, but I do quik routines whenever I get the chance. It's challenging. I was thinking of getting the new one with that equipment thingy.

I try to go 2-3 times a week. I think it is amazing...I have major midsection issues and nothing ever works...forget regular crunches. With Pilates, you see results almost immediatly on your midesection and also all over. It is great if you want lean muscles, for people who tend to get bulky with weight lifting exercise, like me. I love it!!

One word of advice though, the first time you try it, it might seem challenging, but it gets a lot easier very quickly and bc you see results its motivating...so keep that in mind and don't give up. Have fun

Is it really hard? How quickly will I see results? How many times do I need to do it?
