Does anyone do Step Aerobics @ Home?

I just bought a Step, and some DVD's.
I need to quit the Gym. $45 a month automatically goes on my CC wether or not I attend! I've barely been going since the wedding last May. We are trying to save save save, so some day we can have a home!

I was wondering if anyone does this, and how often, and how quickly did you notice results?

Yes, I do, but only occasionally. I go to the gym mostly but every once in a while I mix it up by doing one of my workout videos (Cathe Friedrich has AWESOME step videos, but they're pretty hard!)

Do you have the FitTV channel? You could tape a lot of the workouts (Cathe Friedrich has a show).
