Get red bloch spots on their chest when they are excited or nervous. I have this problem bad and my FMIL jokes and tells me i should wear a turtleneck dress. I heard that there is a calming spray or lotion. Does anyone else have this problem? I need to find a solution cause i am not wearing a turtleneck.

I think it has to do with body temp? I know someone who has it when shes sick or drinking

If you get airbrush makeup, maybe they can spray your neck and chest a bit too - that way it doesn't show if it happens.

Yea it happens when i drink too. I know when i'm tan it's not as bad. maybe i'll try the airbrush

OMG! I have been trying to find a cure for this FOREVER! ahaha The skin on my chest is so sensitive...if anything rubs against it i'm just full of red splotches! I DON'T GET IT!!! And then I feel self conscious about wearing low cut shirts....WOW i hope that doesn't happen on the big day!!

It happens to me too. I am just kind of hoping to stay calm and praying that it doesn't happen...
I totally forgot about it until now. I am wearing a strapless dress.
But usually it goes away after 2 drinks. 2 glasses of champagne should do the trick!!

My cheeks get really red and i am so pale my skin becomes transulcent (think i spelled that correctly). Its really scary and can see my veins so i pray it does't happen on that day.

I'm really pale too and I took off my hoodie the other day and just had a tank top on in my house and my sister turn around to me and goes 'OMG I can see your veins! I know you're pale but I've never see them like that before!' I just had to laugh, what else am I going to do?
at least I'm not alone!

HAHA oh my goodness I do too!!!! When I'm really nervous or angry I get like that...some red sauces do that to me and sometimes wine does.
I didn't even think about it happening on my wedding day That's a really good point.
