Does anyone else...

...get really stressed out when they watch reality shows?? I'm watching the Next Iron Chef, and I'm actually nervous for the results! Like it has some sort of real bearing on my life!!

I can't watch sports either. I get anxious and sick to my stomach.

I can't stand competitive reality where people are mean to each other. It bothers me a lot!

However, nothing is worse than when I watch political debates. I yell at the television so much that I had to stop watching them.

oh my gosh. it depends on the show, some of them i get really into and get upset/excited based on what happens.
there are certain shows i cannot miss, and it's like my world will be different based on what happens.

it's so sad.
