he calls for my advice, then argues with me .. so I said

I know it's silly to hang up on him, but I get sooo annoyed I don't even wanna talk.. so i hang up

am I being completely childish?

I ALWAYS do this

ETA: I literally just did as typing that. He said he would take my dad to get his car and now all of a sudden he cant

i'm not even mad at him.. like we weren't fighting over anything

he wanted to know if he should go to the E.R ( he just cut his finger at work)
i say yes, and tell your boss for work mans comp

he argues, he doesn't want to get his boss mad

i tell him, 'you have to file it to protect yourself'

he argues 'no it's not that bad'

now I'm annoyed he is more concerned about pissing of his boss, then his own health and well being

If I'm gonna hang up I'll tell him, listen, I'm not having an argument now, I'm hanging up and we'll talk later. But I cant just hang up cause I hate when it's done to me.

exactly! It's the one thing that can bring me from 'just annoyed' to boiling! in 2 seconds. FH learned this early when my sister hung up on me haha
