Absolutely. But you'll figure it out! I think human beings are born to spend their adult lives in debt. With weddings, houses, cars, student loans and children.... how could you not be?

Yes, I feel like that all the time....then I have to calm myslef down, and just remember that I have been sticking to my savings plan, and my budget, so all will be fine!

Oh yeah!! Thats why I'm not getting married this June. There was NO WAY I could have done it...and the proof is in my bank account. fortunately, I'm halfway there and we still have another year to save!

FH and I just sat down last night to analyze finances. I think we'll have a few hundred left over after the wedding. Mind you, we are paying cash for everything and not going into debt for the wedding. I've been saving just over a year now (since we got engaged) and I was able to scrimp just enough on my own with minimal financial help from anyone. (Mom paid for the favors and my dress, which was very inexpensive anyway, but she's doing the best she can too!)

I definitely feel that way! I'm always in a panic about where the money is going to come from, but I found out a while ago that if I'm going to have a big wedding, I'm going to spend BIG bucks so I might as well get over it. Like everyone else says - it will all come together in the end (I hope they're right!!!)

I think about it all the time and I always ask my father how are me and my FI going to pay for this wedding, its so hard. His answer is always to me 'You will figure it out'. That answer doesn't really satisfy me but i am sure he is right

wow.... the last time I felt like that was like, 14 seconds ago!!!!

Seriously... I just finished leaving 3 different deposits & watched my bank account shrink to 1/4th its original size

But I keep telling myself it will all be worth it!

Yes! I feel like that every day. I'm so sick of saving every penny we make. I know it all pays off in the end but I need a vacation, and we can't spend any money!
