I am NOT happy about having teh rehearsel teh DAY before my Saturday wedding. Why cant it be on a Thursday.. you know a DAY BEFORE one of the BIGGEST DAYS of your life? Thats it!! I am calling my church and askign them this so we can schedule our RD as well..

Ask the priest.. My sis was supposed to have it on Friday, they switched it to Thursday for her. Just ask

I hear you. I am annoyed because we have to have a Thurs rehersal dinner for my Fri wedding and the church will not budge. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!

I'm going to try for a thursday night too. I know my bridal party is probably going to start drinking at the rehearsal dinner, and end up feeling crappy the next day.

I feel the same way!! Well...felt the same way and had it changed.
Wedding is Sunday so I am having the Rehearsal and Dinner on Friday. I don't want to be bothered on Saturday to be honest.

We are getting married on a Friday and want the RD on Weds night too. But that may mean the OOT people in the BP cant make it.....

Having it on Thursday (Saturday morning ceremony). Makes for a fun night out and LESS stress....
My sister did as well- the priest was fine with it.

I am having my RD on Wednesday and wedding on Friday. I would definitely try to talk to someone in the church, it's a church they should understand a little bit more!
