Does anyone else feel this way???

I have a couple of single friends and I watch a lot of reality TV and I see how absolutely terrible it is to be a single woman out there these days.....recalling my single days, there are soooooo many wierd, scary guys out there....is anyone else sooooooo relieved not just to have found the love of your life, but just not to be in that singke scene anymore????? Thank God for my FH

I'm 35, so I know all about the crap that's out there -- guys with serious issues seem to outnumber the good ones by the truckload -- and how lucky we all are to have found our guys. I really had almost given up, and in fact had said so the night we met . . . . just when you least expect it, I guess. It's really amazing . . . . I agree.

My friend at work has dated scu m bag after scu m bag... I am so glad that my FH is a good guy... even if he has his areas needing improvement

I've seen what was out there and was super picky. FH was my first real bf because I didnt want to get involved with any d-bags. I am glad that I waited for the right guy and I feel lucky that we found each other. Single life is not for me.

Im young so I wonder sometimes if I am missing the single life...like going on crazy dates and meeting crazy people...but I always come back to the same conclusion: I wouldn't ever want to give up fh...I love him too much and im not missing out on anything!

i love that i found the one and dont deal with the BS anymore, so much better. But as far as the single scene, i didnt go out to clubs to meet guys so when i went it was just to have fun. I have to say that part was great, going out with the girls and dancing all night, being stupid, and just having a good time. So bc of that i love being in a relationship and when i go out just go and have a great night out. Its nice to go out dancing and then come home to FH. Too bad bc of the wedding havent really done that much lol. I definitely dont miss the dating scene, the whole club, bar scene and just having fun i loved though. And the 1 time i decided to meet a guy at a club was FH but different situation since i knew who he was for many years and we grew up 2 blocks away and his friends, my friends and both of us were hanging out that night

oh god just thinking about it now, all the BS with dating but great stories to tell now and definitely learned ALOT.

ugh sooo over it! I was in that single stage and its totally over rated! Im so glad I found someone who I can trust and who is reliable and who I cant wait to spend the rest of my life cuddled up with =)

I totally agree, my good friend went out with a total loser for a good few years and we all told her so. He treated her like crap. She eventually realised so and dumped him and now shes going out with the sweetest guy who adores her, I'm just waiting for the phone call to say 'WE GOT ENGAGED'
Eventually everyone will find the right person, it just happens when it happens!

ohh gosh yes!!! we're lucky to have found such amazing (and normal) men we love to spend our lives with....there are some weirdos out in the bar scene picking up chicks these days.

Being single is rough...I think I dated every single man in Manhattan between the ages of 25 and 35; but because I dated a ton of jerks, I totally appreciated how wonderful FH was and I knew he was 'the one.'
