looks horrible in the pictures online/in the magazines, but looks great on you?
I just put down a deposit on a gown at a trunk show, and I came home to look online and it looks so ugly online.

Yes! I LOVE LOVE LOVED a dress at a trunk show and looked at the link online and HATED It.. to the point where i almost hated the dress. I had to show my friends teh actual picture of me in the dress before they liked it. I am a little concerned that maybe the shape changed because 304930423 people tried it on and perhaps the website is right.. but that cant be right???

YES!!!!!! A million times yes! I really hate the picture of the gown on my model so much that I question if it might look like that on me. I've tried it on 4 times and I know it doesn't, but I still hate seeing it on that model.

YES!!! When I came home and looked online I couldn't believe it! Now that I have been waiting so long to see the real thing again I am starting to get nervous because all I have to refer to is the pic online! I am sure I will stop stressing when I see 'my gown'!!

Yes, I think my dress looks no good in pics and when I saw it on a model I couldn't believe it was the same dress.
But in person its a total stunner!!

Hehe. Yes. I'm glad I'm not the only one.
But I totally think my gown looks better on me than the model. It might have to do with the fact that there's a huge bow on the back that I really do not like and do not plan on wearing.

YUP! Hated all pics I found of my gown.
I was iffy on it the whole time.. and was changing a few things. I didn't love my dress until the week of my wedding. I made the prefect choice in the end. but I wasn't so sure the entire time.

Honestly, the pic of my dress on the model does nothing for it. She's sitting down and you can't see all the beautiful detail on it. It's soooooo pretty in person.

I thought I was the only one! After I tried the dress on I went home to show some people a picture of the dress...but I was actually embarrassed to because it's hideous! It doesn't fit the model and it's like 3 inches off the ground in the picture online! Why the designer put that picture on the website I will never know!

Ohhh I hate the model picture of mine. It looks so stiff and boring online and you can't see any of the detailing. There was another dress I was thinking about, and had no pics in person of it and the genius photographer took the picture of a white dress against a white background. You didn't know where the dress started and the background ended. I don't know what would posses them to use that photo online.
