Does anyone else here have HI-DEFINITION TV ????

Just curious if anyone has Hi-Definition TV. And no... I am not talking about 'Digital' or 'Digital Cable'. I am talking about Hi-Definition TV.

If you are in queens... you have HI-DEF if you can watch anything in the 700 channel range. I forget what it is on Cablevision... but I could probably ask my FW.

Ive head it for a year and its pretty badas$. I am pumped cause Time Warner Cable just debuted their 'HI-DEF Tier' this week which includes ESPN-HD, INHD, HDNET, along with all their other channels.

Cablevision has most of those challens already... along with MSG-HD and FOXSPORTS-HD which I wish i had. But maybe sometime down the road.

Re: Does anyone else here have HI-DEFINITION TV ????

We have a high def plasma which is awesome. We have cablevision and get some channels in the 700's. The screen is so crisp and clear, it is awesome! My DH likes to watch the football game on Sundays in the 700's. We also get some movie channels in 700's. But mostly, we are waiting for more channels to broadcast in high def.

Re: Does anyone else here have HI-DEFINITION TV ????

We just got it a few weeks ago and I didn't think I would notice a difference but boy is there one! Even something like Survivor on channel 2 - look so different. The colors are so much more vibrant...we are really liking it. Dh is loving watching football and basketball and keeps calling me in to see how great it looks. For cablevision it is in the 700's as well. DH is in his glory - we got this and he finally bought a new surround sound entertainment center thing and he is just going nuts with the sports!

We have a Hi-Def Tv too and Hi-Def cable with timewarner. THere is such a difference between the hi-def channels and regular. DH loves it! I saw that Hi-Def tier thing..wasn't sure what it was exactly -- so thanks for explaining!
