Does anyone else want to KILL their FH??????

I cant save all by my self and all he wants to do is go out with his friends for a beer. I dont care but come onnnnnnnnnn. Im convinced he thinks a little wedding stalk comes and wrights out the checks. As he says this should be a fun time and saving and planning shouldnt be so stressful. Is anyone stressed put cause I AM.....

i know what u mean....Fi is inconsistent with giving me money so im trying to double up on my savings to equal his,....he just doesnt get it and on top of it hes leaving his job and is looking for something with more money but im scared he wont find anything....i feel like i have to get a 2nd job when im making more than him and putting away most of it.

yep, you're not alone....he's banned from strip clubs till the bachelor party b/c those biatches dont need my cash when we're saving for a wedding

he doesnt go all the time, its the occasional night out with the boys - but still...i get pissed that im saving and hes putting it in their thongs...lol:

Please...I totally hear you. It is so friggan annoying. We have a lot to save for still and he doesn't give me any money hardly. Whenever he has an opinion on something though that's contrary to mine, I make sure I say, 'well when you start contributing some money towards this venture, your opinions will be considered. But since I seem to be footing the bill here and I'm the one throwing the party, that's too bad if you don't like what I want.' He doesn't like that answer and that's when I'll usually get like $100 from him. Thank you tight wad.

Y is it just us... we had this argumant last night and im still not talking to him... and HE slept on the couch last night. Is it like the norm for ALL women to be paying for all this isent it supposed to be our day.... I almost think do they really want to do this cause if they did wouldnt they be thinking about saving and not on other things.... thats my position...

My DH was the same way (still is), that's why I handle the $---but we ended up having to borrow 28k the week b4 the wedding to cover the costs we couldn't (we had saved over 30 on our own)....its not easy!!!!!!

Don't feel too bad, there is no saving for the wedding in our house... that's the problem... the house... always needs something but you can't wait forever to get married. I'm blowing $500 on a new washing machine... but the old one flooded the basement, are there cheaper machines - sure, but the machine should last several years, the wedding is just a day. Don't stress and just make the best of it - I'm sure that you'll get gifts that will help. It's just all overwhelming... believe me I'm overwhelmed too although mine is more time stress b/c I don't have any, but just trying to remember it will all get done.
