Does anyone else's DH / FH feel the need to 'nap' when he gets home?
Mine MUST take one when he gets home every single day. And then when he is wide awake at midnight and I can barely keep my eyes open, he gets annoyed! I am an adult and I don't feel the need to nap every single day.....to me that is a luxury not a necessity! Sorry had to vent. He is napping right now and I am sitting here bored - on a Friday night.

YUP...mine does nap! Not so much on a sat/sun. But either he naps or he goes to sleep at 8! But he is not awake at 12 though... He can sleep anytime..So since we get off work early he will nap at 4-5:30

My FH just woke up from his daily nap. It is frustrating because when I get in I want to get things done so I can relax or go out later on and he is the total opposite.

I don't nap during the day... probably because I wake up later than most.
I don't have to be in work during the week till 11am every day... and on the weekends I DJ so I am getting home mad late.
On the weekends its very common that I sleep till 1-2pm. My FW *HATES* that with a passion.... says it 'ruins' her day.
She will never understand though. If she was working weekends till 5am every day... she would be sleeping till after noon as well. And its not like I just started doing this either... ive been DJing for almost 12 years now.

Yes, almost everyday. This is one thing that I get a little frustrated about. He could sleep 24 hours a day! He says he tired from work, I say most people work the same amount of hours you do, get over it. Sometimes it's nice to have that alone time, but sometimes I want to get things done!

i usually nap on saturday afternoon, nothing beats a good nap

i just had a nap....... like 6 - 9 today.... fh came home and i felt bad but i needed it..... i woke up to a cooked dinner

DH and I are both huge fans of napping. Some days I couldn't even make it through without a nap -- especially on a rainy, gray day. I think my habit hearkens back to when I used to have pretty nasty insomnia.

he sure does, he'll turn on the TV and fall asleep and then he tosses and turns all night long

Yep, My Hubby LOVES to nap. It is so annoying to have to wait for him to wake up to do something

He does occasionally, and when he does, he naps for like 4 hours!! It makes me so mad! I'm the one who really needs daily naps, but I only nap for about an hour, just to refresh myself. I'm so sleepy when I get home from work.

Yup....everyday. He works 6 days a week, so iI cannot blame him.
I like a good nap every now & again, too!

when he's not feeling well....I take one in the middle of the day sometimes, but not during the work week unless I'm not feeling well

Mine naps alot too!!! In his defense..he works alot and does physical labor( hes a foreman and does demolition)..so he can nap all he wants..his hard work allows me to go to grad school and focus on school! I would nap too if I had more time!!

I ususally take a nap! LOL... He can fall asleep sitting up tho so sometimes he gets mini-naps
