Does anyone go to....

Synergy in Farmingdale? I used to go to the one in Franklin Square, and went about 4 days a week. Then I moved to N. Massapequa in August and haven't been since. I need to transfer my membership over to the one in Farmingdale (since it's closest) and was wondering if anyone has opinions on it.

More importantly, what about instructors / classes? I really enjoy taking the classes once I find something I like and an instructor I get along with.

I loved it. I went to a class with an instructor named Tommy. It was so much fun and I got such a great workout from it. I used to go 4 times a week! But ever since I moved to Massapequa, I haven't gone back to the gym and I need to do so asap.
