I am thinking of signing up because on the website it says that there's no contract. Just wondering if the gym is any good.

I used to go to the Synergy in Farmingdale before i moved and I have no complaints. I even had a trainer there for quite some time.

there is a synergy in West Babylon right on montauk hwy that is advertising 19.99...also new gym opening on wellwood for 15 per month no contract

$15.00 that's great...I am going to check out both. Do you know the name of the one on Wellwood? I wonder if the synergy in west bab requires a contract. I hope one of them has classes!!!!

The one on Wellwood is called Fitness 19...they arent open yet....at least last week they weren't but soon...no contract and I'm not sure about WB Synergy...I was over there yesterday and saw the sign for 19.99.
there is also another FItness 19 in Deer park and I think you can use that gym until this one opens

I go to the one in Levittown and I LOVE it. The hours are great and the price is great. I've been to the one in Farmingdale, and I think that one is just as nice. When I was looking for a gym last year, Synergy was the cheapest one and it was by far a great deal.
