Does anyone have a babi Italia crib?

We went to BRU this weekend and found a crib I really loved (nice clean design, very easy release side) but I read a review in the Baby Bargains book that their customer service *****.

Any feedback?

P.S. clearly, the word s u c k s is not appropriate for LIW! Of course, what I meant to say was ' leaves much to be desired'

We have one but I must say there is really nothing special about it. It was HELL to put together, the side rail was near impossible to use without shaking the whole crib, and it only converted into a day bed rather than a toddler bed.
It definitely was not worth the $500.

I have one and love it. I cant comment about how it was to put together b/c my future hubby & his brother put it together
