Does anyone have a crush on you??

Ok so FH and I have this friend and he is HOT! And I made a joke the other night that if I hadn't found the love of my life (FH) I would totally be all about this guy. Well we went to a Christmas party the other night and this guy is like tall, gorgeous, ripped and a bar tender and our friends all say he can't stop talking about me!!

That he thinks I am gorgeous! And that if I weren't getting married he would be pursuing me! I don't know how I feel about that. On one hand it is like wow that is really nice that someone like him thinks that of me. Since I would have always thought he was WAY out of my league. But on the other hand I am so thankful I have FH and he is my soulmate and my best friend and no one could ever light my life or fill my heart the way he does.

I guess the moral of the story is it is just nice to know that I still catch someone's eye! LOL!

oh i agree...its always nice to know that guys (other then the one that loves you) think your gorgeous! lol It feels good!

It def is nice to have someone want you- it shows that you are HOT!

I had a few guys pursue me in the past few years while I was with FH. One was this guy who worked upstairs in my building and used to visit me everyday. He kept asking me out to lunch and KNEW I had a man. Some men want what they can't have!

Another one from this past Sunday actually- I went to work with my Dad and one of the men my Dad does business with was there with his son. He attempted to fix me up with his son like 5 years ago. Well, this time he was there. I was embarassed. I kept flashing the E Ring.

i mean its nice to know, but i think i find it more annoying than anything.... maybe bc the guys tend to act inappropriately towards me instead of just looking from afar

Yeah the inappropriateness is not acceptable. This guy at the Christmas party on Saturday was nothing but nice. He just watched from afar. We were drinking so maybe that affected everything but he went to get me a glass of water and just stood in the kitchen waiting for me to come get it like he wanted a minute alone with me but I just said thanks so much and walked out with my water lol! I love it!

i just hate that when i was single all of the guys were in hiding but whenever i was in a relationship they all come out of the woodwork. I cant even count how many times people have been like 'oh so now you're getting married, there goes my chances' It's like WHAT....never knew there was any interest before!

not that it matters but its annoying.

FH makes fun of me cause I have a crush on one of his friends..He is not a good friend (he is one of FH's groomsmens brothers. FH and him were neighbors growing up) so we don't see him very often at all but when I do I always blush lol. I don't want to be with him or anything I LOVE FH .. I just think hes sooo cute and always have my whole life and I can't hide it. I tried hiding it and FH called me out on it so I finally admitted I thought he was 'dreamy' lol

FH also made fun of me because we decided to invite him to the wedding and I got excited

OMG I love it! FH totally knew I was thought this guy Chris was hot too! He was like you are totally flirting! I was like no way! Hahaha but when we drink both FH and I are very flirty. Normally with each other but I guess I let the way this guys feels about me get the best of me. LOL! FH was funny when we got home he was like I am very secure and I know you are not going anywhere so it is ok! LOL!

I gotta say- I hate when guys are disrespectful too. I had some guy in the liquor store OVERLY flirting that it made me want to puke! Then he proofed me and stared at my license for 2 minutes! I said 'What are you doing memorizing my address???? GIVE IT BACK!' I called him a creep and walked out. He made me uncomfortable.

thats what I hate too. Like if im out at a bar/club/lounge and some of these guys are just annoying and don't get the point. I mean even when we were all single we dealt with that but now i'll show i am married and some are nice but you get the aggressive Aholes, which even when i was single i couldnt stand.

Its funny bc i had a crush on somebody when i had a bf, but it was dh i had a crush on when i was with my ex. They knew eachother too but were just acquaintances, we all grew up in the same neighborhood. I would go out with my ex and all his friends and dh knew some of his friends well and he would be standing there with all of us, and i would be like OMG and my ex was jealous so i would ask about him but not in a way that would make my ex suspicious, instead i would say 'who's he, why is he here with us' kind of like in a snotty way lol but more in a i want to know way bc hes so hott lol. DH says how he used to always see me with my ex at a bar all the time, and he would come over and say hi and i would always ignore him, and he would try to see if i would look at him but i wouldnt. So for me it was DH who i had a crush on while I had a bf, so its funny how it worked out. Now my ex probably thinks yeah all along she probably liked him

yeah i guess thats why my ex was mad when i told him. Since it was somebody he knew i wanted him to hear it from me and not others, i hate the gossip lol, and good thing bc a week after dating DH, i went to this local bar and everyone i knew came up to me and asking me about it bc they all heard already

its also funny bc i also hadnt seen dh in a while, and then my friend who lived across the street from dh all her life, dated his friend but they broke up. Anyways she found his myspace and showed me and dh was one of his friends so i was stalking his profile for a little while before we started dating. Then i was at a club and you know how they take pics, well the next day i went on the site to look at the pics they took of my friends and I , and I saw a pic of DH and i was so upset bc i didnt see him there that night. I even called my friend and was like OMG he was there and i didnt see him, i missed my opportunity bc he probably doesnt go to local clubs in astoria and this was a one time thing and who knows when i'll see him again. Well the following week I went like i always did lol and he was there and thats when he talked to me. It was weird to bc nobody wanted to go, they said we were going to this club too much and ALL my friends said NO dont go denise, and were trying to convince and none would even come bc they said we have to stop going, no more local places. So at midnight i gave up and got in my pj's and into bed just watching tv, another girl iknew who i hang out with here and there called me and said she had to meet some friends there and if i want to come with her, so i got dressed quickly and left the house and dh was one of the guys she was friends with so we hung out with him and his friends. Of course next morning i called my friends right away to say i hung out with ESPO and had a date with him lol, so pathetic i was lol. But i also had to point out how they all tried to convince me not to go and thank god i didnt listen

ETA: the funniest part is my ex was there that night too and he had called me to hang out that night and i said no i was staying home. SO when i saw him at the club i kept hiding from him and at first dh was talking to him and all his friends. His friends saw dh and I that night and actually said good for you to me. So when i told my ex who i was dating, i had to rub it in his face that yeah it was the night he was there too
