does anyone have a delicious sweedish meatball recipe?

no but I'd love some right now!

This is a reduced fat version:
1 pound ground sirloin
1/2 cup soft white breadcrumbs
1 tablespoon margarine-melted
2 teaspoons fresh onion, minced
1 teaspoon salt
Dash pepper
Dash ground cloves
Dash ground nutmeg
6 tablespoons skim milk
Vegetable cooking spray
1 tablespoon margarine
2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
1 (13 3/4 ounce) can no-salt added beef broth
1/2 cup lowfat sour cream

Combine first 9 ingredients in a bowl, stir well. Shape mixture into 24 (1 inch) meatballs, set aside.

Coat a large nonstick skillet w/ cooking spray; add 1 tablespoon margarine and place skillet over medium heat until margarine melts. Add meatballs; cook 8 minutes or until browned, turning frequently.

Place flour in skillet. Gradually add beef broth, stirring w/ wire whisk until blended. Cook over medium heat for 3 minutes or until slightly thickened, stirring constantly. Remove from heat, stir in sour cream. Return the meatballs to skillet and cook for 3 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
