who also takes Blue Cross Blue Shield insurance AND is located in the city or in Nassau County?

I found one dermatologist who graduated from Harvard and she charged $400 for consultation (not including treatment) and did not take insurance! Isn't that a bit much? hmmm....

Thank you!!!

I think he's still around - Dr. Ronald Spillane! He works out of Mercy Hospital and is awesome. His office is also always packed -- so be prepare to wait a while. However, he's an excellent doctor. I used him several years ago (as did my brother).

I'll see if I can find his info anywhere. I'm not 100% sure he takes Blue Cross, but he did take most insurance policies. (I have BCBS now, but I haven't been to him since I've had it) The office can tell you if you call.

I just started seeing one in Woodbury... you should go to the Blue Cross website and look up Dermatologists in your area that's under your plan. They're all pretty good and can help.

The one I went to is right by my office and saw her in my United Healthcare list. She's been great.

I went to dermatologists until I was 21 and nothing seemed to work so I started to do a bunch of searches on the internet and found a treatment that worked for me. You can easily purchase any of these supplies at your local drug store. It did wonders for my skin and I have had an amazing change in my skin (with the occassional slip up . . . stupid hormones!!!) Best of luck!!!

He even has a video to show you exactly what you need to do.
