Does anyone have a list they provided to their hall...

like a list of how you want things set up on the tables, sign-in table, etc???

ie:

cake table:
- enesco statue - on table
- monogram cake topper - on cake
- 'we do' letters - on table

I didn't have a list. At the final meeting, you'll be asked how you want things specifically. They'll write it down. When you bring your things a few days before the wedding, you'll be asked again and they'll make sure you have everything you want displayed. One word of advice- write your name on all boxes/bags.

I already started a 'list' to give to the DOC and to give to Fox Hollow, and fortunately, I've been labeling EVERYTHING like a mad-woman...Ricky called me OCD b/c of it!
