I did give a list similar to this to my photographer. I just wanted to make absolutely sure that he knew what pictures I wanted. IMO, you can never be too careful or detailed.

That's true... did they bring it the day of or just go over it before hand?

I was supposed to fax it to him a few days before but I never did. So the day of I went over it with him when he first arrived.

I do have to say that the list is quite long. I've been a photographer in weddings and if a bride gave me a list that long, with obvious shots, I'd be a bit perturbed. Your must take shots are to be shots not normally taken.

For instance, in my wedding I wanted a few specific shots. (meaning, specific angles with specific shots) Those I gave the photog. I also wanted a picture with just two of my bridesmaids, since the 3 of us were so close and had pictures together everywhere.

Your must take shots should be what you want, not what your typical 20 year old intern would take anyway.

JMO, please don't hurt me.
