Does anyone have advice on what a good multi-vitamin...
...to take would be? I would like to start. I'm so sluggish everyday...I've been losing weight for the wedding and I think the vitamins will help me.

I use Vitamin World's Mega VitaMin for Women and also their Maximum Anti-Oxidant Formula.

My gyn told me 2 months ago to take Centrum as prenatals since she knew John & I will TTC next month.
I have an appointment Monday night with her so lets see what she tells me & if she switches me.
I'll let you know.

I prefer better quality vitamins like Solgar brand. They make a multi vitamin for women.

I take 2 SHAKLEE multi-vitamins a day and they are great! I am never tired and rarely sick--I know a distributor if you want-FM me!

FI and I swear by Centrum to use as the multi, and then we also take some others, Bcomplex, E, iron and some others that I can't think of right now.

Nina - I second the Solgar vitamins for women.
