Here's a cute one but it isn't really a game...

Gather several different Mommy and Baby items i.e. regular size shampoo and the same shampoo in trial size 'baby', mommy size toothpaste & baby size toothpaste, mommy size soap and baby size soap, etc.

Give everyone a raffle ticket and raffle off the mommy and baby prizes. It is fun, cute, and almost everyone is a winner of something useful!

Everyone is given a piece of paper to write down as many baby names using only the letters in the new mom and dad's name. Have them read the names out loud and the person with the most names wins the door price

Bingo. You make up bingo cards with but instead of numbers you put names of gifts the mother will receive. As she opens the gifts people can cross off what she opens.

Pass around a roll of ribbon and people cut off pieces and guess how big the circumference of the mommy to be's tummy is...

Also (I thought this was gross) but they put baby food in diapers and you had to smell the diaper and guess what flavor the food was by the smell

Another diaper one...before hand whoever is hosting takes newborn diapers and puts hershey kisses in them and they get passed around and whoever has a hershey kiss filled diaper wins a prize

And of course there is always..BINGO!

This is a great game, especially if you have any men attending the shower. Purchase or borrow four doll babies with removable clothing. Put a readjustable diaper on the doll, along with the cloths, but don't close the diaper. Instructions are the first person to strip and redress the baby wins a prize. It's a great game for the men, because they are so competitive and the intensity they put in the task is unbelievable.

Trust me it is the funniest thing you will see.
When I play it, I try to give all the men some sort of prize, because they are being really good sports.

We had one at work and put chocolate ice cream in diapers. Everyone had to eat the ice cream without using their hands (bending down to eat from the diaper) and whoever 'licked it clean' first got a prize.

if you FM your email address I can send u a bunch. Just had mine and have 5 games , baby bingo, parts of a baby, nursery rhymes, baby song game and more.
