does anyone have pictures of decorated baskets? I'm having bubbles at the church and I want to put them in baskets and decorate them, but i'm not sure how!

OH MY GOSH! We just finished them yesterday!!! I don't have pics yet..but this is what we did: we bought the natural colored (brown) baskets from Michaels ($3.99 regularly, we paid $1 for them!!!) we got like 5 or 6. They are small....we put a periwinkle sheer ribbon at the top of the handle with the ends curling down the sides of the handle. then we put one fake Gerbera Daisy bloom on top of that bow and it looks GREAT!
I'll try to take a pic for you. We are going to have some of the little kids walk around with them at the end of the reception (we are marrying at the hall...)

what a great idea! I cant wait to see the pics!
I'm going to have my friends twin girls give them out after the ceremony..
I bought fake flowers but wasnt sure on how to decorate it!

Shana....since you are having your ceremony at the hall...when will people blow bubbles? Usually...it's when the couple leave the church? I'm not sure how it works? Will they gather somewhere before you go into the reception? When the reception is over and you are leaving? Help...I want to do this also....Thanks.

Ok...so you are going to give them out at the ceremony...and they are going to carry them through the whole CH...put them on the table during the reception and then take them outside when they leave? I'm just not sure if people will do all that? Anyone else...what did you do? I'm confused

Everyone is so crafty on here I am just putting them in a plain wicker basket and calling it a day I don't think anyone will even notice. JMO!

I plan on working on my basket this week. I plan on using tulle and ribbon to decorate it. Sorry no pics.

the kids will be given the baskets towards the end of the reception and pass them around to whomever is left....
make sense now??? I just hope the kids get the jist of what they have to do!!!
