bbb is the absolute best with returns, accuracy of updating registry etc that's what they are known for...

Macys = terrible nothing but problems
Williams and somona and crate barrel never updated I received so many duplications

I registered at macys and BBB...BBB was a wonderful experience and their online registry is easy and quick...macys on the other hand was a pita

I did BBB and Williams Sonoma. BBB has been awesome, they let me return the other day for cash with no problems.

Wiliiams Sonoma on the other hand gave me a hard time returning something I got from online, basically telling me I was inconveniencing them. (then they sent me a credit by mail only)
