I don't have it , but I've heard it doesn't work. Someone on the 09 boards got it off her registry and said it's a waste. HTH!

I have it....It's okay...I only use it in my kitchen b/c I keep my dog in there when we are at work...

It doesn't take long to heat and it does steam away dirt, but they only give you 2 cloth velcro pads and them I'm usually grossed out and wish I could throw them away....I don't want to put them in the washing maching with other things, but I'm weird lol...I usually put them in the dishwasher alone lol

I would give it a B

I posted a question about registry items a few days ago and it got mixed reviews. I will try and find that post...

I have it, and I like it alot. We have all wood floors, so it works good on them.

I have it and think it works very well. Our whole house is hardwood and tile, so I was glad to find one cleaner that will work on both surfaces. We also have two kitties and I don't need to worry about chemicals in other cleaning agents.

I am going out to get one tomorrow -- I tried my mom's and sister's and loved it. We only have the two bathrooms and kitchen that we can use it on but still it is much better then the mop alone!
