Does anyone have the 'Thank you' Sign Template and directions?

I was thinking of making the Thank you sign, but the template and directions someone sent me a while ago got deleted. It would look something like this

there is a template for that?? Why dont you just print out really big letters and trace them onto poster board and color them in???

That's what we did--we got a stencil and some posterboard from Michaels and did it in black paint. It cost about $5. The only thing I'd do differently is to make it bigger like in their sign. Ours was too small; we had to crop the photo to make it big enough for the card.

in all honesty, i bought foamboard from michaels or ac moore, a big jumbo fat sharpie and wrote the letters in pencil and wrote over them with the sharpie. if you don't have the handwriting, find someone who does. but i went without the template.
