I bowl on Thursday nights and I wear the same pants and shirt every thursday and my glasses when I bowl. If i wear my contacts i bowl horrible but if i wear my glasses i bowl like i am trying out for the PBA tour.
For WW i wear the same pants and shirt every saturday. I wore a different pair of pants one week and i gained. So i wear the same pants and shirt every saturday
When I go on job interviews i used to wear a black suit and always a bad outcome, but now I wear a navy blue suit and all good things have been happening.
whenever i get on a plane i say a small prayer to saint anthony in Italian (mind you my italian is very rusty except for that prayer and the curse words)

My friend says Rabbit Rabbit, the first thing on the first day of the month, she kepts reminding me to do it but every onth I forget.
Chippa - I also wear the same clothes, and when the season changed, I weighed my cloethes on a food scale, so that I would be wearing the same weight clothing!!! I know I am am sick, I don't want toi havea loss one week and then a gain,m becasue of a different shirt, I have one shirt that is really light, it is about 5 oz lighter than my other t-shirts!

If you are in a car and someone starts talking about an accident, you have to knock on wood so it won't happen. I've made people pull over and find a tree because there was no wood in the car and wood paneling does not qualify although paper does!
My grandmother won't let anyone open an umbrella in the house - it's bad luck!

Yay, someone who knows what the horns are. If you think something terrible or someone says something hypothetically terrible, you must, I repeat, MUST give the MALUKIA, or the horns in everyday english.
As for the Rabbit thing, People in spain are very into it. They say Conejo, Conejo, which is the word for Rabbit.

i also dont let poles or objects come between my friends and i when we are walking. if an object does i say bread and butter
for example if i walk on the right and someone walks on the left and a stop sign comes between us, 'bread and butter'
i also cross my fingers when i am passing a cemetary.

In a car, I hold my breath driving past a cemetary and pick up my feet going over rail road tracks.
I don't like hats on a bed.
And when I am playing cards, no one can touch them after they are dealt to me and I wont pick them up until the deal is over.

before I even get on a plane (just before I enter it) I cross my self, kiss my right fingers and then with my right hand I tap the plane door 2x before getting on. I now make my DH do it too! I thought I was the only one to do this since no one has taught me to do it, but on my HM, the flight attendent caught me doing it (I try to be discrete) and smiled at me. I laughed and she said that I would be surprised at how many people do the same thing!

make the sign of the cross in front of every church
wear a medal to prevent 'evil eye' even J has her medal
prayer on the plane & the sign of the cross

Anytime I fly, I have to have the 'Turn It On Again' by Genesis on the tape or CD during take off and landing. I have never flown without it and never will.

It's bad luck if you throw your keys on the the bed.
Never put your bag or purse on the floor...(it means one day you will be broke)
Never leave one bite of food on your plate.....either leave more than a bite or eat it all....otherwise your mother in-law is going to hate you.
If you walk into a house and the family is eating....your mother in-law is going to love you.
If you and someone say the same thing at once....you must touch something red or you are going to get into a fight.
