Obtain a wedding announcement form from Newsday by sending a self-addressed, stamped envelope to Weddings, Long Island Desk, 235 Pinelawn Rd., Melville, NY 11747-4250 or by stopping by the South Entrance of Newsday. Deadline: 3 weeks in advance to be published the Sunday after the wedding.

FEE: None, but there is no guarantee your announcement will run.
PHOTOS: Accepted.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS: You must submit your form within 30 days before or after your wedding. Newsday publishes wedding announcements only.
