If you drop off mail at the post office at 9 am does the mail go out that same day or the next day.
(yes I'm a little obsessed about my invites, I can't wait for people to get them and was wonder when they might get them)

If you drop it in the box inside the po it usually gets taken to the plant same day. The plants work thru the night. It should be to local ppl the next day.

I dropped off at the counter, wanted to make sure I had enough postage on them and they said they'd take it from there. So you are saying that local family and friends will be getting them tomorrow??? That's so exciting. I hope you are both right. I can't stop thinking about them

It will go out that day. For people who are close by, there is a chance of them getting it the next day. For people further away, they should get it by Tuesday.
