Does anyone know how to change a picture image from Adobe to a regular jpg image?

If you have Adobe Pro go to File, Export, Image, select JPEG.
Or you can use the Snap Shot tool (the button looks like a camera), draw a box around the image to copy it to your clipboard. Open up Photoshop or Paint program. Then go to Edit and Paste. You can now save your picture as a Jpg.
