Im looking for a good band at a decent price. Has anyone seen or had a one they recommend?

We are using Full House, FI wants something a little different than your average 'Turn the Beat Around' band.
I have seen Body Heat in action too, but I heard they are a little pricey.
We originally wanted the Nerds, but they wanted $10,000, and 5 rooms, and they weren't budging, and they were obnoxious too!
I think we are paying $6500 plus 4 rooms for the night.

I saw a band last week called Stages. www.stagesband.com and they were awesome. Only 5 pieces but really good and around $4K.

We had Niteflight. They are 9 pcs and were amazing. They are a vendor on these boards. At the time, I think I paid under $4K. My girlfriend just had them too and she paid $4700 for 4 hours of continuous music.

Time Piece is an excellent band. I saw them at a show at the Watermill and I was ultra impressed with the variety of music they performed.

Me too! Full House is great. They are not too pricey compared w/ other bands. You can also check out Renegade and Arcadia from LI Paramount, they're a little more than Full House (in the $7k range) but are also very good.
Actually, I juut realized you're my date twin so Full House won't be available at night on our date, sorry! You can't go wrong with Renegade or Arcadia...I also saw Heart and Soul, a Franklin Wayne band, they were very good too.

My brother saw them at a wedding and said that they were awesome he also said that they received a standing ovation for a song they performed during dinner. My mom wants to check them out. Exactly how pricey are they????

We had Code Bleu - with Skyline Orchestras. They are very affordable (for a band) and were amazing to work with and listen to!

I love my band and have only heard positives from other brides who have used them(mostly on theknot) www.kameleonorchestras.com I paid 6500 for 10 pieces and piano player for cocktail hour.
