I have so far met with The Royalton and Mark of Excellence. Does anyone know how either of those caterers are or of any others I could try?
I need a caterer for an outdoor wedding with all the rentals...tables, chairs, linens, tent etc.

why not looking into a reg RH..... it MIGHT wind up costing you more to rent al these stuff.

I work for one of the best on long island!! They do a lot of hampton weddings!! They are AMAZING!!! FM me for details!! We did a wedding last weekend .. and OMG!! The food was insane!! And the service was just beyond amazing!

I did look into RHs, but we both wanted to have the reception in my backyard, plus we both wanted something a little different. The wedding is almost a year away so I need to decide on the caterer soon.

We are using La Bonne Quiche for my engagement party, and they can handle all the rentals, etc. They are located in Northport, I think.
My party isn't for another 3 weeks, but the woman there has been really nice and is really creative and passionate with her food. I can let you know how things go with the party, if you like.
