designer? I don't want to deal with my bridal salon anymore. I am so at them. So unprofessional!!!! They made a mistake and don't want to own up to it. I'm so upset right now.

call a different salon and ask them to call the designer for you. they should have no problem helping you.
ive called many bridal salons for pricing questions, and they called the designer and then called me back with the info.
