Does anyone know good exercises to elivate back pain

I dont have physical therapy anymore and my back has been killing me the last 2 weeks. I've been taking celebrex and its been a fantastic help but I still get the pinches in my lower back.

I've tried all the exercises they taught me and they are not helping.

Does anyone know any exercises that can help elivate the pain

OMG my lower back is killing me today from lifting heavy sales tax books at my job, i was JUST telling John he needs to rub me

It Sucks when the back hurts. I couldnt even sleep last night because I couldnt get comfortable.

I think celebrex is the best invention ever.

I have the huge plastic exercise ball and I've been doing my exercies (in between posts LOL) and if I roll over anymore on the ball i am going to go flying over it

Chippa - also try Pilates. It has done absolute wonders for my back. I highly recommend the Pilates for Dummies tape. Its $10 and you can order from Amazon.com.
