Does anyone know how...

to change a pic that is a bitmap (bmp) to a jpeg?

Try opening it up in paint... then do file save as... and pick jpeg from the dropdown as file type.. hopefully that will work

just go to file and then click on open...you'll get a smaller screen with your documents just find the pic you want to change in your documents and click it on then open which will be under it

They are restricting me at work...ah well...I'll have to try it when I get home...thanks though.

If you mean how to get to Paint...

go to Start.. All Programs... Accessories... then click Paint

Once in the program, go to file...open...find where your pic is, then once it's opened, go back to do the file...save as... and pick jpeg as file type (bottom dropdown)
