I know its fattening, but is it worse than cheese? How many points is it?

it's actually GOOD fat.. that doesn't mean that you should eat like 3 whole avacados lol but a little is good!!

It's high in points, but it's one of the healthiest fats you can eat along with nuts and seeds. I splurge and have some guacamoli like once a month. Just take a 30-45 min walk that day and you'll burn off the two points!
