Did you have a meeting with the members of the board yet? They usually meet once a month and at the end of the month. From then, it took us a few weeks. The whole co-op process took us 6 months. (closing, dealing with mortgage. etc)

we met with them and i think we found out the next day......

we haven't went looking yet. We are going to start in October. I think we should have enough time.
