Does anyone know how to...

Does anyone know how to...

set something up so my school email automatically gets forwarded to my AOL account?

Because I don't use my school email for anything but they started emailing *registration invitations* as they call them, instead of mailing them to us like they used to, and I totally missed my date and now my schedule is all @#$%&^# up

So does anyone know if I can do this?

Re: Does anyone know how to...

you most likely can. try looking on the school's i.t. page or calling up the help desk or whatever they have.

Re: Does anyone know how to...

Is it a cuny school? I go to a CUNY school, and on our homepage, under current students there is a 'change your email address' option where you can update your info to have school emails sent to your own address, rather than the email address that the school assigns you.

Yes, I go to Baruch...I just checked and I can't forward it to AOL because its not a POP server or whatever its called.

I'm just soooo pissed because I've been trying to get this stupid required biology class and the evening courses always fill up right away and this was my chance to get in there. I'm never going to graduate!

Thanks for your help girls!

Re: Does anyone know how to...

Wow, that sucks. When are your bills due? My school de-registers students who don't pay on time, so the seats of the non payers in the classes that are closed open the day bills are due. Maybe try registering on that day? It has worked for me. Good luck!

Re: Does anyone know how to...

I'm not worried about the bill - that ALWAYS manages to find me

but a schedule of classes, registration date, important test dates -- nah, that stuff just isn't important enough for the braindead *staff* that works at CUNY...

ETA: thanks again girls
