It is just cat hair or is it dirt? If it's cat hair - I have microfiber ottomans (and 3 cats!) and I usually have good luck using a combo of the standard red lint brush and the sticky lint remover roller.

i had a red type chery syrup spill on it.. i used goo gone spary (we have an orange flavor) and its gone.
keep in mind to spray the towel then spunge the stain...i did the opposite..while nothing bad happen, its a common rule to spray your cloth/napkin, etc.. then attempt to clean what you need to clean.

It drives me crazy!!! That's what I get for getting a cream colored chair!!!
I'll have to try that. Where do you get goo gone spray? Can you get it at someplace like Target?
