Does anyone know how to make chai latte?

I've fallen in love with the Starbucks chai latte but too expensive for daily drink. I did buy a chai latte power in Trader Joes but I was wondering if anyone knew how I could make my own.

I also found some instant chai tea at Trader Joe's.

chai is a spiced tea (chai is 'tea' in indian). it should be more than just strong tea with steamed milk and sugar. Ginger, cardamom, and cinnamon are prominent ingredients.

the trader joe's chai is pretty good. I often use my Aerolatte to froth up some milk for it. I love that little machine, and now I see that stores around here are selling it! Dunkin Donuts makes a decent chai as well. (can you tell I'm addicted?!?!). I have a recipe from allrecipes.com:

1 cup nonfat dry milk powder
1 cup powdered non-dairy creamer
1 cup French vanilla flavored powdered non-dairy creamer
2 1/2 cups white sugar
1 1/2 cups unsweetened instant tea
2 teaspoons ground ginger
2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
1 teaspoon ground cloves
1 teaspoon ground cardamom

1 In a large bowl, combine milk powder, non-dairy creamer, vanilla flavored creamer, sugar and instant tea. Stir in ginger, cinnamon, cloves and cardamom. In a blender or food processor, blend 1 cup at a time, until mixture is the consistency of fine powder.
2 To serve: Stir 2 heaping tablespoons Chai tea mixture into a mug of hot water.
