I've never heard they aren't, but I guess it depends on the doctor.

Most are. My best Friend works in a DR. office They are open to give the people who usually have work time to go.

I have a dermatologist's appt tomorrow, so I would assume yes. As someone else said, it's a great opportunity for people who work to get to the dr. during the day.
