im not trying to be cheap, but ive heard horror stories and would hate to pay in full and in worst case senerio pay in full for another dress too. please let me know

most places is a down payment.

Most places a downpayment, with the final payment due at your last fitting or there abouts

the downpayment will most likely be around half of the price of the dress

My place does 1/2 as a down payment, then 1/2 again when you go for your first fitting and the rest at pickup.

The first salon I went to says 1/2 is due when you order it and final payment is due by your first fitting. I know David's Bridal you need to pay it in full when you order the dress.

Half down to order, the other half is paid when I pick up the dress to take it home!!

most places take a down payment. i have a hard time paying in full without getting a product
