Well as I'm sure you knwo the rates are fixed, but, I have heard nothing but good things about Washington Mututal's mortgage..FH and I are through HSBC in the never ending quest to find a house!!

Im fh is a mortgage consultant at concord mortgage company and we just went into contract on our new home rates are not that bad
