Sorry I dont - But it is off Long Island Ave - If your take Deer Park Ave to Grand Ave you have to make a right onto Long Isand Ave....

OR if you take Deer PArk Ave to Long Island Ave take it all the way done over Grand Ave and its on the left handside..

There are also open Sundays....

Happy Shopping - That store is great - I love it

I go there all the time. Unfortunately I can not for the life of me remember the name!

It is not on Grand Blvd, it is on Long Island Ave. Grand Blvd and Long Island Ave run parallel to each other. It pretty much is on the corner of Commack Rd and Long Island Ave. Hope this helps!

Its Curiously Creative Candles

Curiously Creative Candles
1067 Long Island Ave
631-586-1700

Its just east of Commack Rd. My brother and sister in law got their favors done there. I think they can make up pretty much anything for you. They make the candles on site. Good luck!
