Does anyone know the designer of this dress?

I don't know where I found this picture but I would really like to know the designer. Its the kind of dress I am looking for. I am having a really hard time find a dress. TIA!

My friend tried one on that looked like that (I'm not sure if its the same dress though) it was by Maggie Sotero. Good luck!

It also looks similiar to a Melissa Sweet gown....It is really beautiful in person.

I'm pretty sure it's a Watters and Watters dress - saw it at RK.
