yup its stepanotis, but the pearls are put in my florist, ive also seen them with rhinestone middles..

I love those! Our florist said the little pearls are like little pins that they stick in the flower.

Everyone has already answered the name of the flower, but you don't have to have a pearl in the middle, you can get them with rhinestones. But be careful, they are very delicate, and tend to turn brown if they come into too much contact with the natural oils found on your hands. I'm using them in my bo-k anyway.
